Shambhala Day marks the beginning of Losar, the Tibetan New Year, and represents one of the most important celebrations in Shambhala. The official Shambahla Day is Friday, February 16th, but we will celebrate the next day.  Join us for good practice, good food, and good company as we celebrate the new Year of the Earth Dog! The day will include a recorded online address by Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche and a practice written by the Sakyong called the Shambhala Sadhana.  This practice is usually restricted, but everyone is invited to join in on Shambhala Day.

This event will be held at our center: 1899 NE 23rd Ave Gainesville FL 32609.

We will enjoy a celebratory pot-luck lunch.   Please let Lois Meadows know what you will be bringing or contact her for suggestions. There will be a sign-up sheet at the Shambala Center, or you may email Lois at [email protected].
