Healing Harm

with Ditte Ferrigan & Jeanie McCullough

March 3rd

Date details +
After an hiatus, we are pleased to continue the monthly "Healing Harm" group, led by sangha members Jeanie McCullough and Ditte Ferrigan.  Jeanie is a Shambhala Guide, and a member of Shambhala Gainesville who comes here from the Ft. Myers area to participate with us.  Ditte is a meditation instructor (MI), an advanced Shambhala practitioner, and the wife of our Shastri, Brett Ferrigan.  Ditte works individually with people as a skilled life coach using body and breath practices, and is currently co-leading our Thursday evening "Embodiment 101" program.

The Healing Harm group will meet on the first Sunday of every month, from 1:00-2:30 pm, starting on March 3, 2019.  This group addresses harm through an exploration of breathing, Buddhist teachings, and meditation practice, along with the healing power of sangha (i.e. community).   If there are questions, feel free to contact Jeanie at [email protected] and/or Ditte at [email protected] (note:  Ditte is not available on March 3 and Shastri Brett Ferrigan will take her place).

(Please note: since Jeanie is very graciously traveling to us from several hours away in order to make this offering, we would like to have an idea of participants who are thinking of coming. Could you please email  Jeanie  to let us know of your intent? There is no cost to this group, nor a need for commitment to regular attendance. Your intention to attend will be kept confidential).
