Open Sky: Shambhala Training Level V

Open Sky: Shambhala Training Level V builds on the presentation of basic goodness in Shambhala Level I, the teachings on “cocoon” in Shambhala Level II, the exploration of fearlessness in Level III, and our deeper connection to inquisitiveness and openness in Level IV. Communicating with the world gently and fearlessly, our awareness is sharpened and we find the open clear sky of mind—a delightful source of wisdom and uplifted energy. We trust our nature enough to let go into the present moment.
Every Shambhala Training level includes thorough meditation instruction, periods of meditation practice, one-on-one meetings to clarify questions, talks by senior teachers, and group discussions and a concluding reception. The weekend is structured to offer participants teachings and an in-depth meditation retreat. Attendance is required for each day of the program.
Prerequisites: Shambhala Training Level IV
Dates & Times: Saturday and Sunday, June 22 and 23 from 10 am to 5 pm
Location: This program will be in-person and will take place at Gainesville Shambhala Meditation Center: 1899 NE 23rd Avenue, Gainesville, FL 32609.
